Jibbitz, LLC is a rapidly growing company specializing in the creation of shoe accessories for Crocs. We are looking for an experienced Operations manager who will plan, organize, direct and control the activities of the operations functions of the Distribution and Production divisions. Individual will formulate and recommend policies and programs to guide the divisions in maintaining and improving the competitive position and profitability of the operation. The successful candidate will report directly to the Vice President of Operations.

| Summary: |
Staff management (time off requests, scheduling, etc.) Review, recommend and communicate with the Vice President of Operations approval of all plans for the control of planned outputs, budget spending, labor efficiency, as well as inventory and material efficiency •Review performance against operating plans and standards. Provide reports to subordinates on interpretation of results and approve changes in direction of plans. •Responsible for facility planning •Responsible for the performance of all department functions: material management, production, and warehouse. •Direct production of all company products consistent with established cost control methods, quality standards and master schedule requirements. •Direct the preparation of specifications for purchase as to quality, quantity, delivery and service required for supplies and materials to meet production schedules and quality standards. •Ensure inventory controls, inventory levels and flow of materials, including shipment of finished goods, are consistent with budgets and forecasts for manufacturing and customer/sales requirements. •Ensure the timely and efficient delivery of our products to our customers •Responsible for Managing & Organizing quarterly inventory, cycle count experience preferred

| Qualifications: |
Software Experience: Microsoft Office Suite Experience working with warehouse management systems JD Edwards experience preferred
Qualifications/Requirements: •5+ years in operations with responsibilities of producing, purchasing, inventory control, production control, engineering, shipping, receiving and warehousing. •Experience in dealing with high-volume sales (10 million +) •Bachelor’s degree. MBA is a plus. •Strong technical skills. •Strong Leadership skills, ability to motivate and mentor others.
